Refund Policy

Current Platform Status
Certain Bookshelf AI services and features may currently be provided as MVP, beta, trial, or early-access functionality.
General Refund Policy
Payments for platform services are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or specifically approved by AdmnWizard AI LLC.
Refund Request Window
Refund requests must generally be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.
Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may be considered if:
- Users were charged incorrectly.
- Platform services were completely unusable due to verified technical failures.
- Duplicate billing occurred.
Non-Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds are generally not provided for:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Partial platform usage.
- AI response dissatisfaction.
- User-side technical issues, configuration problems, or unsupported environments.
- Temporary outages, maintenance, or beta feature instability.
AI Service Disclaimer
AI-powered features may occasionally generate inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected outputs. Such AI limitations do not automatically qualify for refunds.
Subscriptions & Cancellations
Future subscription services may be canceled at any time. Access will generally continue until the end of the active billing cycle.
Renewals
Failure to cancel prior to subscription renewal dates does not automatically qualify for refunds.
Enterprise & B2B Contracts
Annual enterprise, organizational, or B2B agreements are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified in separate written agreements or SLAs.
Abuse Prevention
Excessive, abusive, fraudulent, or repeated refund requests may result in account suspension or service restrictions.
Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds may require approximately 5–10 business days for processing, depending on payment providers and banking systems.
Policy Updates
Refund policies may be updated periodically as platform services, pricing models, and subscription systems evolve.
